SHIPPING POLICY
Knot Just Knots ships Australia wide for International shipping please contact before purchasing your item as postage can vary. Refer to the product description processing times as these all vary.
All postage will be through Australia Post and a tracking number will be provided, larger items may need a courier.
If a courier is needed Knot Just Knots will contact you. As a general rule with Australia Post anything over 1.2m in length will need to be couriered. Where wood is used it is untreated and if posting outside of Australia it is the responsibility of the purchaser for import duties and costs associated with the product.
RETURN POLICY
Knot Just Knots does not refund or exchange items due to a change of mind. All orders are final.
Upon delivery of your order- if you notice a problem please contact within 7 days, After this time we do not accept responsibility for any adjustment of orders.
Items for return must be shipped (with tracking, at your own expense) within 2 days of arranging the return.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, any refund will be forfeited
Items received in a return, saleable condition will be refunded to the same account sale was originally transacted from within 24hrs of being received
